2026학년도 1학기 수강신청 교과목 철회 신청을 안내하니

철회를 희망하는 경우 기간내에 신청하시기 바랍니다.(붙임 파일 참고)

1.신청기간: 2026. 4. 28.(화) 09:00 ~ 5. 4.(월) 18:00  ※ 추가기간 없음

2. 철회신청방법: 통합정보시스템에서 본인이 직접 철회 신청

*학사-수업-수강신청및철회관리-수강신청철회등록-조회-수강신청목록에서 교과목 선택-철회신청-수강신청철회목록에서 확인

*철회 취소는 신청기간내에서만 가능

3. 철회승인 확인: 2026. 5. 6.(수) 이후

* 학사→학적→학적조회→수업’또는‘학사→수업→수강출력관리→수강신청확인서

4. 유의사항

- 전 과목 철회 불가(철회 후 1개 교과목 이상 수강신청 유지)

- 철회 시 다른 교과목으로 대신 수강신청 불가(철회만 가능)

- 철회 교과목에 대한 등록금 환불 없음

- 철회 신청마감 후에는 철회 취소 불가

- 철회 신청 시 담당 교수 확인 불필요

Notice on Withdrawal of Courses for the Spring 2026 Semester

※Please make sure to check the attached file.

1. Withdrawal Application Period: April 28, 2026 (Tue) 09:00 ~ May 4, 2026 (Mon) 18:00      ※No extension

2.How to Apply for Withdrawal: Submit the withdrawal application directly through the SUIS

Academic affairs → Courses → Manage Course Enrollment → Withdraw → Search → Select the course to withdraw from the ‘Enrolled Courses’ → Registration → Confirm in the ‘Course Withdrawal List’

※ Withdrawal cancellation isonly possible within the application period and must be done by the student personally

Select the course in the ‘Withdrawn Courses’ → Cancellation → Confirm in the ‘Course Registration List’

3. Withdrawal Approval Confirmation: May 6, 2026 (Wed) via the SUIS

① Academic affairs → School Register → Manage School Resister → Search School Resister(Graduate) → ‘Courses’

② Academic affairs → Courses → Print Enrolled Course List → Print Enrollment Verification

4. Important Notes

- Withdrawal of all courses is not allowed: At least one course must remain enrolled after withdrawal.

- It is not possible to replace a withdrawn course with another course.

- There is no tuition refund for withdrawn courses.

- Withdrawal applications cannot be canceled after the deadline.

- No confirmation from the course instructor is required for course withdrawal.

5. Additional Information:

- The withdrawn courses will not affect the credits and will be removed from the report card.

- If a re-taken course is withdrawn, the previously earned credits for that course will remain valid.
