논문제출자격 부여를 위한 연구윤리교육 의무 이수 안내

(Guidelines for Mandatory Completion of Research Ethics Education for Thesis Submission Eligibility)

2. 2017학년도 입학생부터 석·박사 학위청구논문을 제출하고자 할 경우에는 연구윤리교육을 반드시 이수하여야 합니다.
3. 연구윤리교육 수강 관련 아래와 같이 안내하여 드리니, 해당 학생은 논문제출자격을 부여받고자 할 경우 정해진 절차에 따라

연구윤리교육 수료증을 통합정보시스템에 등록하여 주시기 바랍니다.  

1. 교육목적

- 연구수행 및 연구결과 발표 과정에서 준수해야 할 연구윤리 이해

- 위조, 변조, 표절, 부당한 저자표시, 중복게재 등 연구윤리 문제 예방
- 논문제출자격으로 연구윤리교육 이수 의무화(2017학년도 입학생부터)

2. 교육대상 : 대학원 재적생 및 수료생

- 2017학년도 이후 입학생(17학번부터) : 연구윤리교육 이수 의무

- 2016학년도 이전 입학생 : 희망자에 한함(권장사항)

3. 교육내용

- 연구윤리의 중요성, 연구부정행위 사례, 연구자의 사회적 책임

4. 수강 신청 안내 (On-Line으로 수강)

- 국가과학기술인력개발원(KIRD) 교육포털사이트에 접속(http://alpha-campus.kr)

- 회원가입 및 교육과정 신청

○ 회원가입 → 로그인 → 화면 오른쪽 상단의 물음표 클릭 → 대학원생을 위한 연구윤리 검색 → 수강신청 → 수강 → 수강 후 수료증 발급

- 신청 기간 : 당월 1일 ~ 당월 말일 수강신청(매월 개강)

- 학습 기간 : 당월 1일 ~ 당월 말일/1개월

- 학습지원센터 안내 : 1588-5834

5. 수료증 제출 방법(통합정보시스템 수료증 등록 필수) : 학위청구논문심사 접수 시 수료증 제출 및 통합정보시스템 등록

○ 통합정보시스템 로그인→학사→졸업→수료증 등록_연구윤리교육(KIRD)

6. 유의사항

대학원 공통교과목 연구윤리개론 (1학점)은 연구윤리교육이수로 인정되지 않음

Guidelines for Mandatory Completion of Research Ethics Education for Thesis Submission Eligibility

Students admitted from the 2017 academic year onward who intend to submit a master's or doctoral thesis are required to complete research ethics education.

Please refer to the following information. Students who wish to be granted eligibility to submit their thesis must upload the certificate of completion to the Integrated Information System (SUIS) in accordance with the prescribed procedures.

1. 1. Purpose

• -To understand research ethics that must be observed in the process of conducting research and publishing research outcomes
• -To prevent research misconduct such as fabrication, falsification, plagiarism, improper authorship, and duplicate publication
• -Mandatory completion of research ethics education as a requirement for thesis submission eligibility (applicable to students admitted from the 2017 academic year onward)

2. 2. Eligible Students : Graduate students (enrolled and completed students)

• -Students admitted in or after the 2017 academic year: Mandatory
• -Students admitted before the 2016 academic year: Optional (recommended)

3. 3. Course Content

• -Importance of research ethics, Cases of research misconduct, Social responsibilities of researchers

4. 4. Course Registration (Online)

• Access the KIRD (Korea Institute of Human Resources Development in Science and Technology) training portal: http://alpha-campus.kr

• -Sign up and enroll in the course
  ○ Sign up → Log in → Click the "?" icon at the top right → Search for "Research Ethics for Graduate Students" → Enroll → Complete the course → Download the certificate

• -Registration period: From the 1st to the last day of each month (courses open monthly)

• -Learning period: From the 1st to the last day of each month (1 month duration)

• -Help Desk: 1588-5834

• 5. Submission of Certificate

• The certificate must be submitted at the time of application for thesis review and must also be uploaded to the Integrated Information System (SUIS)

  ○ [SUIS (Integrated Information System)] → Academic Affairs → Graduation → Certificate Registration (Research Ethics Education - KIRD)

6. 6. Important Notes

• The graduate course "Introduction to Research Ethics" (1 credit) is not recognized as completion of the required research ethics education.
