[2026학년도 1학기 연구실적물 제출 안내]

(* 반드시 본인의 소속 대학원 및 입학년도에 해당하는 첨부파일을 확인하시기 바랍니다. 첨부파일에 기재된 내용을 미확인하여 생기는 문제의 책임은 제출자 본인에게 있습니다.)

1. 제출 기간: 2026. 4. 27.(월) ~ 5. 1.(금)

(※ 제출기간을 필히 준수하여 주시기 바랍니다)

2. 제출자료

가. 연구실적보고서 (통합정보시스템에서 양식 자동 생성_별도 제출 불요)

나. 연구실적물 인정기준에 해당하는 자료 (대학원별 세부 인정기준 첨부파일 참조) 

 ※등재인정기준을 확인하실 수 있는 사이트를 참고용으로 올려드립니다
    (참고) 박사과정 SCIE, SSCI, A&HCI 등재지 여부 확인: 1) [바로가기] 에서 확인

    (참고) 박사과정 SCOPUS 등재지 여부 확인:  1)[바로가기] 에서 파일 다운로드

     ► 등재기준은 2024년도 등재리스트를 기준으로 함

     ► 2023년도 이전까지 등재지였더라도, 2024년도에 등재지에서 제외된 경우 인정 불가

     ► 등재리스트의 등재언어가 'ENG'인 경우, 한국어로 작성된 논문은 인정 불가
 

3. 제출방법: 통합정보시스템 '학사>연구실적>연구실적보고서>연구실적 등록'에 업로드

4. 유의사항

가. 특수대학원 및 석사과정 학생은 제출 대상이 아님

나. 논문연구계획서 미제출 시 연구실적물 제출 불가

다. (박사과정) 연구실적물 미제출 시 학위논문 심사 접수 불가

라. 학위논문제출자격시험 면제 신청 시 제출한 자료와 동일한 자료는 제출 불가

마. (일반대학원) 미래(혁신)인재장학생 신청 시 제출한 자료와 동일한 자료는 제출 불가

바. 연구실적물에 본교 소속임이 명시되어야 함

[Guidelines for the Submission of Research Performance Records, Spring Semester 2026]

※ Please make sure to review the attached file corresponding to your graduate school and year of admission. Any disadvantages resulting from failure to review the attached information will be the responsibility of the applicant.

1. 1. Submission Period
   April 27 (Mon) – May 1 (Fri), 2026
   (※ Please strictly adhere to the submission period)

2. 2. Submission Materials

a. Research Performance Report
(Automatically generated in the Integrated Information System (SUIS); no separate submission is required)

b. Supporting documents that meet the criteria for research performance recognition
(Please refer to the attached file for detailed criteria by each graduate school)

3. 3. Submission Method
   Upload via the SUIS : Academic Affairs(학사) → Research Achievements(연구실적) → Research Achievements Report(연구실적보고서) → Research Performance RegistrationImportant Notes(연구실적등록)

4.Important Notes

a. Students in special graduate schools and master's programs are not eligible for submission.
b. Submission of research performance records is not permitted if the Thesis Research Proposal has not been submitted.
c. (Doctoral programs) Failure to submit research performance records will result in ineligibility to apply for thesis review.
d. Materials identical to those previously submitted for exemption from the Thesis Qualification Examination may not be resubmitted.
e. (General Graduate School) Materials identical to those submitted for the Future (Innovation) Talent Scholarship application may not be resubmitted.
f. The author's affiliation with this University must be clearly indicated in the research performance records.
